A+ is needed to acquire a job in the computer repair industry, showing that the holder has substantial knowledge about hardware systems, consisting of configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop systems.

Net+ Certification: A step up from the A+ Certification, the Net+ focuses on networking computers and software.
