Pharmacy Technician

The purpose of the Pharmacy Technology Program is to give students a solid foundation of pharmacy fundamentals and terminology.  Students gain hands-on practice in multiple pharmacy areas such as hospital, retail, compounding, mail-order, and long-term care. Topics such as professionalism, state and federal law, and ethical issues are also covered.

The Pharmacy Technology Program has a mission to provide competent, employable Pharmacy Technicians that meet the health care needs of the community in variety of settings.
