Culinary Arts
Develop skills in all facets of the hospitality industry. Training is provided in culinary arts (a la carte & quantity cooking), commercial baking and dining room operations.
The program operates a full banquet facility, breakfast/lunch cart, retail bakery, and fine-dining restaurant that is student-operated to provide real-life training and experience.
Internships and work-study programs are available.

Commercial Baking & Pastry Arts
Baking instruction focuses on how to make various types of cookies, cakes, chocolate confections, tarts, breads and plated desserts. The class advances onto cake decorating, pastries, plate painting, individual desserts, wedding cakes and Viennoiseries.
Obtain experience by producing products for the culinary arts program and retail customers.
