EVIT serves up fine dining at a fraction of the price on Jan. 5
A limited number of reservations available for the 5th Season Restaurant

Are you tired of cooking after the holidays? Come let EVIT students prepare and serve you dinner and give your oven a rest for the evening!
The 5th Season restaurant will open its doors for the fourth time this school year on Jan. 5 from 5 to 8 p.m.
For just one night each month, you can enjoy fine dining prepared and served by students at the East Valley Institute of Technology located at 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.
The cost for the three course meal is $40 per person. Space is limited and reservations fill quickly. To reserve your spot, call 480-461-4139 or e-mail tguerrero@evit.com.

Appetizers
- Cauliflower Chowder with Four Peaks Winter Wobbler Ale and Vermont Cheddar
- Foie Gras Brûlée with Pickled Pear, Fig Gelee, and Brioche Crostini
- Grilled Lettuce Salad with Warm Panko Crusted Goat Cheese
- Salmon Cake with Oregon Wild Mushrooms and Ginger Soy Glaze
- Pork Belly Pastrami with Grilled Rye Bread and Saurkraut

- Cassoulet with Duck Confit, Andouille Sausage and Cannelini Beans
- Smoked Pork Loin with New Mexico Green Chili Salsa and Hominy Dumpling
- Almond Crusted Apple Stuffed Trout with Amaretto Buerre Blanc, Spinach Quinoa and Candied Beets
- Lamb Medallions with Winter Lentils, Pecans and Roasted Garlic Cream
- Crostada with Baked Harvarti Cheese, Portobello Mushroom and Roasted Artichoke

About EVIT
The East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is Arizona’s first joint technological education district. It provides occupation-specific programs for high school students at ten school districts across the East Valley. The programs are tuition-free for high school students; classes also are open to adult students at competitive tuition rates. EVIT, which has been honored as an A+ school in Arizona, is located in Mesa at 1601 W. Main Street and 6625 S. Power Road.
