5th Season Restaurant

If you enjoy fine dining at a fraction of the price, make your reservation for the 5th Season restaurant at the East Valley Institute of Technology located at 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa (Building #2). 

Each school year, culinary arts students transform the banquet hall into a gourmet restaurant that is open to the public the first Thursday of each month, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Mystery Chef Dinner

Come dine with top chefs from around the valley at EVIT's annual Mystery Chef Dinner at 6 p.m. on March 8 to raise money for student scholarships. 

The theme for this year's event, a "Farmer's Market,"  will be incorporated into each of the menu items.  More than 12 chefs are confirmed to participate.  Each chef donates their time and food for the event.  The "mystery" is that you do not know which chef will be cooking for your table.

Looking for fresh baked goods made from the finest ingredients for your next function or event?  Students in the Commercial Baking & Pastry Arts program are ready to prepare cookies, quick breads, rolls, wedding cakes, brownies, pies and more.
