Imagine having a fun, high-paying job that lets you use your creativity to make people look good! Skills learned in the Barbering Program focus on the care of hair, skin and nails. Technical training will include the theory of chemicals and hair coloring, cutting, styling, facial hair, clients safety, hygiene and customer relations. Students will provide services to the public in a working barber shop on the EVIT Main campus.
After completing the 1,500-hour course, students are prepared to take to the State of Arizona Board of Barbers licensing exam.

* Social Security Card or Waiver
* Signed Statement of Understanding of Program Requirements
Note: Students attend class for four hours each day and may be required to provide their own transportation.
