Unless notice to the contrary is provided, the East Valley Institute of Technology's Governing Board holds its regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. the second Monday of each month in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa. From time to time, this meeting time and date may change in the event of a holiday or an event preventing the presence of a quorum. Special meetings may be called and scheduled on other dates and at other times. These meetings are open to the public, with the exception of executive sessions.
NOTICE: The June 10, 2019 Regular Public Meeting will be held in the Lecture Hall in Building 3 at the East Campus, 6625 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212.
Notices of public meetings are also posted on the calendar of the EVIT website -- http://evit.com/calendar.
Agendas are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting at the EVIT
district office in Building 3 of the Main Campus. The district office is
open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school
year. Summer hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. To
obtain a copy of the agenda, call (480) 461-4150.
