Have you ever heard of mindfulness?  Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.  Often in your daily lives you can feel overwhelmed, unbalanced and out of control.  Practicing mindfulness everyday can help you gain more control and balance in your life.  Below are links to free mindfulness resources
